the staff were excellent and affable and the location was marvellous to the convenience store. apart from that, clarehall shopping centre was 15 minutes' drive away. i had reasonably large fully-equipped room with a private safe, central heating, and a tv set. really enjoyed a bath in my outdoor bathroom.

Modern hotel with inner courtyard views onto a Japanese red pine. Extremely helpful and excellent staff. Savoury food options. Central heating, a multi-channel television, and a sitting area available in the Japanese-style quadruple room.

The food here is delicious and diverse, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, and the robes provided are excellent; additionally, the location is conveniently close to the Kiso river, the train station.

During our Christmas stay, we truly enjoyed the beautiful and fully equipped room with tea sets, toiletries, and even sewing kits. The location was also convenient, with easy access to restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the station. We loved the traditional breakfast and the stunning view from our room.
Although the staff was friendly, we were required to hand in our room key every time we left the premises, which was a minor annoyance. the plumbing in the bathroom had a funky smell, and the futons could have been thicker for more comfort.

We're staying in a hotel with a lovely location, surrounded by restaurants and close to the river. the staff was helpful, and they serve a traditional breakfast that everyone should experience. the onsen is a real bonus, with indoor and outdoor hot springs. Our room was cozy, with traditional futons and a great view of the town.
The Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby.
